In the event of compulsory lock down initiated by the government, guests will have the option to change the date of their bookings.
If a booking was made via a promotional package, and a change of date is outside of the promotional period due to government lock down, guests are required to top up any price difference between the promotional and non-promotional packages.
Weekends and public holidays will be unavailable for change of dates.
Any change to booking dates is subject to availability.
In the event where government lockdown continues on the selected postponed date, guests have the option to postpone to the next month. Bookings will be reassessed on a month by month basis if lockdown continues.
For November bookings that suffer from the lockdown, guests have the option to postpone their stay to December without additional charges on the price difference. Bookings will be reassessed on a month by month basis if lockdown continues thereafter.
